Includes 2 fixed side windows and barn doors / tailgate window in privacy glass. Windows are fitted with the Windowpods pleated blackout blinds in a choice of lining and blind colours, providing a neater and more stylish option to traditional curtains on a T5/T6, other vans are fitted with blackout curtains to side and rear windows.
Insulated with industry leading Dodo Thermo Van Liner on metal panels and Dodo Thermo Fleece in voids and panels behind lining . Side walls / roof carpet lined with soft touch carpet. Suedeliner or carpet lining on removable trim panels fitted with hidden trim fixings,
A range of colours are available to personalize the finish. The Thermo Liner does provide some soundproofing, however our Silent Coat Sound Deadening option applies a specialist sound deadening material before the Thermoliner if required.
New 12mm ply floor, with Thermoliner insulation in voids and a 3mm insulation membrane under floor. Altro Contrax flooring in a wide range of colours & new VW Combi side step and rear threshold.
RIB 112 sliding bed system (slides 200mm to provide etra seating room and access to front storage), fitted with T5 crash tested and certified installation system under floor / chassis. Includes headrests, 2 Seatbelts and standard VW Fabric Trim. Alternative colour and fabric / leather options are available on request.
EVO 1.4 furniture, including soft close drawers, Evomatic catches, overbed locker, over kitchen light shelf, front & rear bed boards. Table to match the worktop, with folding leg & storage bracket. All furniture is manufactured from specialist light weight ply board.
Large range of colours and finishes are available as standard with specialised finishes & options available to personalize your interior, eg. doors on overkitchen shelf, coloured splashback panel, light recesses in wardrobe etc.
Appliances: SMEV 9222 / 9722 sink & 2 burner gas hob, Waeco CRX 50 or Webasto Cruise Elegance fridge, steel gas locker with floor dropout to outside of van, bulkhead fitting & copper piping. 16L fresh water tank & 10L waste tank in cupboard or waste taken to underside of van if required.
100AH leisure battery on battery tray, voltage sensing (VSR) split charge system to charge the leisure battery when the engine is running and protect the starter battery when camping. CBE PC180 colour control unit , CBE 12v /240V distribution boards and CBE 16A 240V battery charger. A 240V hookup socket, (Inc. 15m hookup cable) 240V & 12V socket in kitchen area and 240v & 12V socket at drivers seat. The CTEK Dual Battery to Battery Charger is an option on older vans, but needs to be fitted on vans with a smart alternator to provide a solution on these newer engines.
Includes full 907 gas bottle fitted in the steel gas locker, 15M electrical hookup cable, front blackout screen cover. All ready to go camping!
We have several options to customise the base conversion to meet your specific needs, Many options are choices and have no extra cost, but we also have additional furniture options, lighting, USB sockets, all available in a simple pricing format that we tailor with you to meet your exact requirements.
If you have a van that is already converted or want to do some of the conversion yourself, then we can offer a range of services to support this. We undertake all aspects of conversion work, no matter how complex or small. We enjoy a challenge too, so if you have something unique in mind or have specific requirements for the van to meet for your sports or hobbies, then give us a call and we can provide solutions.
We currently only offer Poptop fitting as part of a conversion. We can provide Skyline Poptops to suit your individual requirements.
We can fit flush mounted windows to most vans. We only use high quality dark privacy windows designed and manufactured for camper vans. Contact us with your requirements and we can provide options and menu pricing. A pair of T5 Fixed windows can be fitted from £475.
WE can supply and fit the fabulous Vanshades WindowPod Blind System. This is a carpeted frame, with a pleated cellular blackout blind fitted in a choice of colours and provides a very sleek and simple system without the bulk and hassle of curtains.
We offer insulation packages, soundproofing and carpet lining. Typically 7mm Thermoliner applied to single skin side walls with 35mm Dracon insulation over Thermoliner and in voids. Walls, ceiling and ply panels covered in a choice of carpet lining and or Suedeliner. fitted with hidden trim fixings for a clean look. We can offer SilentCoat soundproofing, covering of all exposed metalwork on doors etc as options.

VW Kombi higher side step with light and rear threshold trim.
We can supply and fit RIB front seat swivels for drivers and passenger seats or the double swivel with floor and carpet for the double passenger seat. These make a significant difference to any van and really open up the living space.
We offer a range of M1 tested rear seats that fold to double beds, all fitted with manufacturers approved and tested fitting systems. We can supply the Smartbeds Evolution II or Evolution R and the Scopema RIB Altair or Bedrock systems fully fitted. If you have another bed in mind, give us a call and we can look at options with you.
We can provide a range of electrical installation from simple split charging and Leisure battery with sockets and fuse board to full 12V / 240V hookup and distribution systems with colour control panel. We also have the new CTEK Dual 250S battery to battery charging systems for smart alternators or increased charging for wild camping / Solar. contact us to discuss your requirements and we can advise on the best set-up for you.
We can supply a wide range of solar panels and controllers for all van types, including the Victron Product Range for controllers.
We can supply and fit the MV Airo or Eberspacher D2 Diesel heating systems. These are low consumption and plumbed to your diesel tank for fuel. quiet in operation and up to 2KW of thermostatic controlled heat. Some say luxury, we say necessity! Keeps the van useable all year round no matter what the weather throws at you.
We can supply and fit the Reimo Multirail to SWB or LWB vans, This provides the facility to add a drive-away awning or sunshade quickly and easily to your van.
We can supply the Fiamma range of bike racks, including Pro and the new Black Racks. Prices start at £250 for supply only.
